The room design was flawless, with electrical outlets well placed by both sides of the bed, the placement of the bed so that both of us could easily access the toilette and not run into each other, as well as a great location by the Spanish Steps. Plus we had a great coffee pot and a tea kettle. We were both very impressed with the overall room, location, design and staff.

Great location but loud! Great room. No television for four of six days we were there; then by fire stick so mostly streaming apps. Rooms are disseminated around neighborhood and in different buildings; we loved our building. Desk Assistance is by text or what’s app. Not directly like a hotel. We could get room cleaning everyday.

The room was okay. The patio is shared with living residences and smells of smoke. The bathroom has a thin glass door that offers little to no privacy. The location is good to moce around with some great shopping options, both high end and basic.

Shops nearby, walkable to everything, But the money you pay not worth it. We're having a hard time going to our rooms it's not the same property We have to move out 3 heavy luggage walking through the crowd & uneven roads to find our rooms on the next street! terrible experience.

The room was fabulous! I was in the room Colosso and had one of the only small balconies on the street. The room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed. The location of the hotel who was in the middle of a lively section of the city full of shopping and eating experiences. I will hopefully be back!

Room was just above street level and garbage trucks came at 4:30am then soon after that cleaning crews at delivery trucks. So very loud. Manager made no effort to change our room. Didn’t care we didn’t get any sleep.

No one on staff. They rely on a customer service lady who is available by phone only. She had no accurate knowledge of the property and consistently gave us the wrong information as to how to enter the room. Room itself is on the fourth floor mezzanine and, while there is a very small lift, it was difficult getting all the luggage up the final level. Great location, but a terrible business model.

Find a different place

The location was great except our taxi couldn’t drive down the street to drop us off so we had to drag our luggage. We had specified we must have 2 beds when booking the room. Not only did we NOT have separate beds but we were forced to share a double bed. When I went to let the gal who checked us in that we were supposed to have 2 beds, she just shrugged her shoulders. She couldn’t care less. Our room was hot. It was supposed to be air conditioned but there was no control, no thermostat in our room. The gal at the desk said there was just one control for the whole place and they couldn’t make it any cooler.
