Fantastic communication with host and check in very smooth. Great location near restaurants and shops. Stayed with children and elderly mother so being on a lower floor was great. The also left refreshments and water, which was very much appreciated after the long travel. Provided more than enough towels and sheets for all. This apartment is located in a great neighborhood in Rome. Our host was wonderful; very helpful with suggestions and quick to correct a minor issue with one of the showers.
