The bed was very comfortable. Very nice bathroom. Check was difficult. The host wanted our travel documents before she would let us check in, very awkward start to our stay since the docs needed were in our suitcases. Could have been avoided by asking for them before we arrived. The share kitchen is not well stocked. The photos show a washing machine but hostess wanted €5 per load. To be fair it wasn’t in the listing but I assumed since I could see it in the photos that we could use it. The hostess hounded us for the visitor tax (by law to be paid at the end of the stay). She texted every single day asking for it and even had the house cleaner knock on our bedroom door to ask for it. The last issue was the camera in the common living area. Didn’t love that lack of privacy.

Conveniently located near the Roma Tiburtina station which is where our bus dropped us off. Amd where we conveniently were able to catch the train to the airport the morning of checkout. The room was clean and plenty of space for guests. The steps were a bit of a hassle for those with mobility issues or with large heavy luggage. Otherwise, I would stay here again if convenient.

No actual check in. You meet the host to let you in the property. Donatella’s place was amazing updated new and very clean. We used the shared kitchen to make a family meal. Would stay again

50th birthday holiday.

Little tricky to get to entrance of building from station due to lack of pathway and parked cars but everything else was good. Great instructions by Francesca on how to get in and find room. Great room and shop for food and drink just opposite building. Check in shouldn’t be done by WhatsApp though as not everybody uses it.

Amazing place!! Fully renovated! Francesca was very friendly , checked if we needed anything and provided useful tips! She made me feel like having a friend in Rome! I had 2 early day trips planned so the location closed to Tiburtina Station was very convenient.

The place is modern, clean, and a great value for the price. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the shower is spacious, and the power blinds are a nice touch. While the kitchen is shared with a few other guests, it’s spotless and well-maintained. The host is very responsive and eager to help with any issues. The location is super convenient—I was able to take one direct train from the airport and walk just five minutes to get there. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

We had very worst day and AC was not working and they haven’t checked before handover. We had sleepless night due to 1. AC is not working 2. Other room people are loudly talking upto 3 am in the morning 3. We can’t open door to get air to sleep because of roadside apartment near to station so bit noisy

ATTENTI TRUFFA IN CORSO… Prenotata la camera 501 (con tanto di prove screen e suddivisioni delle camere ben fatta qui) con doccia separata dal bagno e vasca idromassaggio… arriviamo e ci viene assegnata la 502 che costa 10€ in meno sul sito in quanto appunto sprovvista del suddetto servizio… presentato immediatamente il problema alla responsabile ci è stata fornita la seguente risposta: “La 502 è più grande” … sarà anche vero, ma se io ho speso 10€ in più per avere un’altra stanza perché me ne viene assegnata una diversa?? Mi viene risposto che l’uso dell’idromassaggio ha un costo di 60€ … e qui ovviamente parte la risata essendo una cifra superiore ad una giornata in una Spa o terme attrezzate … invio tutti gli screen in cui appunto si evince che non è mai menzionata una cosa simile e che appunto la camera 501 costa 10€ in più … nonostante il torto marcio evidente della situazione non viene fatto nulla per venire incontro al cliente … dato che lavoro nel settore propongo stesso io una soluzione per evitare discussioni ovvero lo storno dei 10€ della tassa di soggiorno dato che mi era stata assegnata una camera dal costo inferiore … la risposta a questa soluzione proposta è stata peggio di quella della sera precedente ovvero: “In tal caso segnaleremo al comune di Roma il mancato pagamento della tassa” e di rimborsare i soldi che io ho pagato in più per un servizio non ricevuto ??? Nessuna risposta … Aggiungo anche che mancava il tappetino del bagno e un cuscino in + richiesto

Habitación , ruidosa, se escucha todo son 4 habitaciones en un piso donde tenía muchos chicos , 1 frigobqr pequeño para compartir entre todos , no te entra más de do bótellas pequeñas de agua mínimo un frigobar por habitación o un refrigador más amplio con posibilidad de hacer hielo ; otro tema la verdad está lejos del centro histórico , no es feo si un poco lejos un Uber de fontana al establecimiento 24 euros , el metro es opción pero corta a las 23 hs .

Sono stata in questa struttura per una sola notte ma mi sono trovata benissimo. La stanza tutta nuova e ben pulita. Il bagno piccolo ma bellissimo e soprattutto pulito. La signora con cui ho parlato per avere spiegazioni su come arrivare è stata molto gentile. Lo consiglio oltretutto è attaccato alla stazione e qui di una grande comodità per soostarsi.
