The room is very well design is very spacious city like Rome. The location is very good. Walking distance to major attractions and excellent restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though the street is tight, the Taxi from airport has no trouble to get into. The hotel also offer for a private transportation with better cars. No problem with air conditioning or hot waters Wi-Fi works very well as well.
We stay at the junior suite. And the sofa bad is for our two young kids.

Our stay was absolutely amazing!! The rooms were really nice and comfortable with a modern Italian-style design! It's located in the heart of Rome, within walking distance to most parts. The staff were incredible and very attentive and friendly (Eleanora and Valeria). The hotel room was lovely and new and we loved the decor and style. We would stay here again. Limited hours for check in which differed from Expedia information. It was a bit tricky to respond to email request and give an accurate rival time when we were travelling. The lady was very friendly at check in and the lady in the breakfast area was also friendly and helpful. The rooms are newly redecorated and we looked out onto a lovely garden area. The location was great for us, being close to the train station and the sights in Florence we wanted to see.
