Beautiful, spacious property in a cute location with loads of local restaurants and cafes of good quality. Convenient public transport with metro close-by. Terrace access to a gorgeous little courtyard balcony section. Seven steps to apartment entrance but otherwise mobility friendly. Disclaimers: bathroom can get very wet due to set-up, toilet is quite tall and shower head quite high (not crazy friendly for short people but we did manage well enough!), and if hot, the living room is large so might not cool down easily.
