In pictures, apartment looks much better than in person. Especially if you have to use the pull out couch. Hot water would only last for one shower and then we had to wait at least 30 minutes for it to be warm enough for the next person in our party to shower. Host was great with communication up until two days before we arrived. I had to contact VRBO in order to get our final check-in information. Good location. AC worked well.

We had a lovely room in a fantastic location. The check in process was very personable with Valerio showing us the different parts of the apartment. The room was a perfect size for my 2 kids and husband and I. There was plenty of shops and things to do near by. Many things were in walking distance. We would definitely come back if we came back to Rome with our family. Thank you for an incredible stay.

The location was excellent. The apartment was clean and Filippo was so nice! The apartment was far smaller than it looked online and the worst part was the hot water issue. There was no warning of this in the listing but we couldn’t take even a 5 min shower without the water turning cold. We had to turn the water on and rinse quickly , then turn it off to put soap on, turn it back off, etc. and since it took over an hour to regain hot water even after that, we all had to take showers at different times during the day.

The location was perfect. We loved coming back to a quiet lane away from the crowds while still being within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The bed was very soft, which I liked, but my husband struggled with it so if you prefer or need a firm bed this won’t be a good place for you.

Overall a great stay. Check in process was great and they were extremely flexible and communicated clearly as our flight was canceled and we landed a day later than we were supposed to. The Vrbo is located on a quiet street but within walking distance to many of the main attractions in Rome. Highly recommend.

Great location!

Nice size apartment for a couple. Loved the location. Lots of great restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The four flights of stairs are a challenge with suitcases but we managed.
