If you’re planning to stay in Rome, I highly recommend this hotel! It’s conveniently located near the Spanish Steps, and the staff are all kind and courteous. The breakfast they serve is also very delicious. We stayed at two other hotels during our trip, but my children said every day that they wanted to return to this one. When we visit Rome again, we will definitely stay here!

This is the perfect place to stay!!! Walking distance to everywhere! The prettiest room and came with ear plugs (it’s noisy in Florence anywhere you stay!!) but noise wasn’t bad I only used them once… I can’t emphasize enough how great this place is, it’s like staying in an Italian family home ❤️❤️❤️

Great place to stay to experience Rome

Room was modern, new and extremely clean. Team were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Location is perfect, in the heart of the city, surrouded by restaurants and stores, minutes away from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain and an easy walk to the Coluseum etc I was travelling alone and felt very safe in this area. I would definitely highly reccomend

Excellent location near the Spanish Steps and Via del Corso. The staff is very helpful. The room we were in is right next to the kitchen and the dining room, so you leave the room straight into the guests' dining table. Not very pleasant.

Property is in a great location. Our room was on the second floor. Entry doors are locked you will have to buzz to get in. They will give you a access code at check-in. Very small elevator. Room is very clean, on the small side, nice size bed very firm, good size TV by Rome standards, good mini fridge with multiple types of water, juice and soda drinks included. Room had a safe, Beautiful marble bathroom, nice shower, toilet and bidet. Breakfast was typical fruit, croissants, toast, yogurt, fruit and eggs. Staff was very friendly and accommodating with any requests. They are not on site in the evenings, if you are arriving late you will have to let them know a head of time.

Having read reviews, I had high expectations for the level of service. Based on our initial check-in, I was disappointed and felt a bit like I was being interrogated, rather then welcomed. Be aware that the suites are right outside the breakfast/reception area and the suites are not sound-proofed. Mornings especially are quite noisy and when you open the door, there are people right there and they can hear you as well. The building was undergoing construction, which was a shame as we wanted a quiet place to rest during the day between activities. The surrounding area was very nice. With the amount we paid, little things like the shower gel bottle empty upon check-in and not being filled until the last day when we had to request it ( only to realize that the shampoo was actually the shower gel we had been using the whole stay), and bigger things like the fact that we had requested a quiet room prior to arrival, were let-downs.
