Overall good place to stay - central location and fair price. Did not live the cockroaches, but appreciate the owners working to eliminate them.

Found over 10 cockroaches throughout our stay. Property owner was communicative but could not resolve the issue during our stay despite coming out to the property to try. Every day we were finding more and more cockroaches in every room. Very disappointed by our experience and cannot recommend staying here.

The location is within local communities. But the place is accessible in different restaurants, as well in Colosseo, also the Termini central is just 10-12mins walk, just use the Google map to navigate. Place is clear, neighborhood are friendly, there's a lot of store to buy personal staff and fruits in this area. Love it.

Apartamento desagradable

Nada más abrir la puerta había un sofá cama que ocupaba toda la estancia. Estaba roto, totalmente arqueado, por lo que esa primera noche tuvimos que dormir tres personas en una cama que tampoco era nada cómoda. Al día siguiente hicieron un apaño con unas cuerdas, solución que impedía cerrar el sofá. De modo que éste ocupaba toda la estancia y la mesa no se podía utilizar. Al entrar había un fuerte olor a humedad, motivo por el que tenían encendido un deshumidificador. El techo estaba cubierto por una bóveda de ladrillo que se prolongaba hasta el suelo, donde había un montón de insectos. Las paredes también tenían humedad.
