We enjoyed our stay here! The proximity to the Colosseum is excellent. Beautiful views right from the apartment. Everything was just as described on the website. I especially liked having control over the A/C and heat. We enjoyed the beautiful park across the street. There are several excellent restaurants in walking distance, as well as a small grocery store. If you are an American staying in this apartment, I would advise familiarizing yourself with European appliances before arriving. Or request demonstration upon check-in. Also, if you are not used to city noise, bring earplugs. There are loud sirens and restaurant patrons throughout the night.All in all, this was a great place to stay while visiting Rome!

I ended up booking a different hotel, as was waiting to get in. The attendant was rude and kicked the whole family including 2 year old onto the street with liggage. Attendant would not let us wait inside for agency rep to get there. Also note no where to leave luggage after check out

Beautiful apartment - excellent location

We were a party of 6 (ranging in age from senior to children) and the apartment checked everyone’s must needs list. There is an elevator (perfect for our senior who finds stair challenging), plenty of bedding for everyone to spread out and have their own space, and two full bathrooms. When we arrived early, Loredana responded immediately and met us early to let us store our luggage. While we were out she ran over to the grocery and stocked us with a few starter items, snacks, and even some wine. We were very appreciative of the thought and effort. The bedrooms are very spacious. The view from all the balconies is unbelievable and the sunsets over the coliseum are beautiful. We happened to be there for the republic day parade and were able to watch the parade and the air show from the balcony. There is a nice park across the street, which was great for our younger members. While the street below was occasionally noisy at night, it’s understandable due to the proximity of restaurants, bars and other nightlife, and I did not find it to be overbearing with the blinds down. Overall, we were thrilled with the apartment, and would definitely stay there again.

Stunning views!

Communication from everyone was wonderful! Issac arranged a private transfer from the airport, which was perfect after such a long flight, and the driver was waiting for us and was so friendly! The condo was very clean and spacious, one bathroom is small and the shower cannot accommodate tall/large people but is perfect for the smaller members in your group. The location is absolutely unbeatable!! We had a fantastic trip and would recommend this property!!

Amazing!

We loved the apartment, it was perfect! A great location and an awesome view, we were able to walk everywhere! The owner was very responsive and accommodating. ..allowing us to store our luggage before check in because of an early flight. We would highly recommend tbis apartment to anyone staying in Rome!

Great location, very bustling

The property was perfect for our 3 nights in Rome. Great living space, small bathrooms, 2nd bathroom is very small. Air conditioning was great a must in summer in Rome. The area can be noisy at night. Music from bars and restaurants. Views were amazing.

Fabulous apartment one block from Coliseum

Our family had a great stay in this large, clean Rome apartment located a stones throw from the Colosseum. There are three great bedrooms plus a pull out couch which worked great for my wife and I and our five kids. The owner was very responsive and arranged to have someone meet us upon our arrival in Rome. There is also an elevator which is great if you have the suitcases. I would strongly recommend this apartment.

Great location and views of Colosseum

Superb location and views of Colosseum. Communications and checking / out all worked well. The hotel next door can be noisy until late , especially if you prefer the windows open and not the AC. Property and facilities were all good 3 good bedroom and the outside balcony’s are great for relaxing and watching busy Rome. We enjoyed our stay in Rome.

Perfect Place

This apartment is better than the photos. The Colosseum can be seen from several sides of the apartment. A beautiful park filled with olive, cypress and fruit trees is across the street. The wonderful view was perfect for our family since we were traveling with our Opa. He was able to skip some tours and still enjoy a Roman experience. Our children 14 & 11 also enjoyed all the spaces and working the lift. We would 100% recommend this apartment.
