Very convenient to Termini for connections to the airport and day trips outside of Rome as well as metro and bus connections in the city. Nice quiet rooms. I stayed there twice, first time overlooking the courtyard and second time above the street. Courtyard was quiet as expected. Street side was quiet with the window closed. This is a lively neighborhood with outdoor dining but still able to fall asleep. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Only issue was that wifi connection was spotty. Would stay here again.

We had an incredible stay here while in Rome for 3 days before heading out in a cruise. Clean a d comfortable rooms, 5 minute walk from Termini and 20 minute walk from the Colosseum and Forum. Family owned hotel and they were so kind and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!!

The brothers that run this guest house are fantastic. Room was nicely decorated. The little extras they had in room were awesome. (Wine, water, juice, snacks, slippers and a few other items) Close to train station and buses. Lots of good restaurants close by.
