We loved the room. It was clean. The only complaint I have is I ordered the Eternal Love Package which included an in-room breakfast and never received it. I was told because our room was not ready when we arrived, we could have breakfast for free the next morning and they still charged us for the in-room breakfast and the entire Eternal Love package.

The staff was amazing! Upon check in, they went over the entire map of Rome in the highlights and gave me the map to keep, which was helpful! Offering a welcome drink upon arrival as well as delivering our bags to the room immediately which was relief because we had a tour to get to

This place was perfect - the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel was like a cocoon of comfort and warmth! The staff were so helpful and pleasant, recommended sites and restaurants, how to get there etc. Always offering to assist or help - truly an outstanding experience! Great service

The staff were always as helpful as possible. Bruno gave us a great insight to the city when we arrived and they were always just a whatsapp away to help us. Room was on the smaller side but still worked perfectly and only about a 10 min walk to the trainstation and tube.

Excellent staff from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. There was a free cocktail hour when we arrived, and our bags were delivered to our room. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in Rome!
