The Space:
The apartment is on the ground floor and hosts up to 4 people. The bedroom has a double bed; the living room offers a sofa bed for two. There are two full bathrooms, handy for families or groups. A fully equipped kitchen and a workspace corner complete the home. The private patio/garden has its own independent entrance directly from the street: a car fits comfortably, a true rarity in the city. When the parking spot is in use, the usable outdoor space is reduced accordingly. A washing machine is available, plus air conditioning and free Wi-Fi throughout.
Guest Access:
The apartment is on the ground floor. Access is through the private patio, with an independent street entrance and 2 steps up to the front door. The patio can fit a car: a private parking spot, rare in Rome. Check-in is self-service via access code, available 24/7. Check-in instructions, including the access code, are sent on the day of check-in, once the apartment is ready and the conditions are met: online form completed with full and correct data and documents uploaded; city tax paid. Early check-in must be requested by 18:00 the day before; if approved, instructions are sent on the morning of the check-in day after 9:00, provided the conditions are met. Confirmation is subject to availability.
The Neighborhood:
The home is in the Monteverde area, at the foot of the Janiculum hill and a few minutes from Trastevere, one of Rome's most characterful districts full of lanes, trattorias and bars. A quiet, residential setting yet very close to Trastevere's life and the greenery of the Janiculum, with its views over the city.
Getting Around:
The area is well connected to the centre by surface transport (Trastevere's buses and trams) and is a few minutes' walk from Trastevere. Trastevere train station is convenient for city and airport connections. The private parking spot makes the home ideal for those arriving by car.
Other Things to Note:
Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 18:00 the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.
The parking spot is in the private patio: when a car is parked there, the usable outdoor space is reduced.
Cleaning: the apartment is delivered clean and sanitised.
Luggage storage: available at Via della Madonna dei Monti 24, from 9:00 to 17:30.
Beds: by default prepared for the minimum number needed for the booked guests. Different configurations must be requested in advance.
Towels: one set per booked guest (body towel + face towel). Replacement towels available after 3 nights of stay.
Cleaning during the stay: for stays of at least 10 nights, one free cleaning on request after the first 5 nights. Additional cleanings available at a charge (same rate applied at booking).
