The apartment is located in Rione XVIII - Castro Pretorio, just a few steps from the city’s central station (Termini), where trains and buses depart for and arrive from the FCO and Ciampino airports, and where the main metro lines (A, B, and C) are located
It is ideally situated for easy access—even on foot—to the city center and the most important cultural attractions. It is just a few minutes’ walk from La Sapienza University and the Polyclinic.

The apartment is bright and cheerful, located on the 3rd floor with an elevator. It consists of a spacious entryway, a living room with a dining table and a smart TV - 1 bedroom with a double bed featuring a latex mattress and 1 bedroom with a double bed (which can be converted into two single beds if necessary) - a fully equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and dishes - a bathroom with a shower. The apartment also offers guests: free ultra-fast Wi-Fi, linens (sheets and towels), a hair dryer, and a washing machine. Air conditioning and excellent fans. We can accommodate even the youngest guests, as we provide a crib.
The maximum number of guests is four.

When booking, guests reserve the entire apartment. There are no shared spaces with others.
Guests will also be asked to present their identification documents upon arrival, which will be shared with the relevant authorities.
Finally, if possible, you can safely go to the apartment before check-in time to drop off your luggage and then meet us again after 3:00 PM. If you want to make the most of your last day after check-out, there are two convenient self-service luggage storage facilities next to the hotel (Stow Your Bags—Via Milazzo, 20 / Closbox—Via Milazzo, 9).

Upon check-in, you will be asked to pay (by credit card) the local tax of €6 per person per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights). Children 10 years old and under are exempt. The municipality can then use these funds to invest in public services such as city parks, transportation, road maintenance, and the restoration and maintenance of works of art and public assets.

Upon arrival, Carolina and/or Giovanni (Italian, French, English, Spanish) will welcome you.
