Great location. A small fan during summer would be appreciated in bedroom. Only living room has air conditioner. Keys were tricky for both doors. Our clothes got stuck in washer and they don’t have service people after daytime hours. We had early train out of Rome. They made us arrange pick up and payment with delivery service to get our clothes back. We needed help from a local in Venice (our next stop) to get our clothes. They arrived soaking wet, not even wrung out. I-Flat company wouldn’t pay upfront to delivery service, said they would pay us back. They later asked for our bank account to get payment. Ridiculous, who would do that? They also don’t start communicating with you until 6 days prior to stay, or when payment goes through. That was frustrating too.

I stayed for a week; the rooms had tall ceilings and were spacious. The bathroom was modern, the kitchen has a full sized fridge, an oven, dishwasher, washer, and utensils, plates etc. Living room furniture a little tired, but adequate for a rental and comfortable. I felt secure both in the neighborhood and the actual apartment. You can walk to everything, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trastevere, Castello di Sant'Angelo, the Vatican, etc. You won't need a car and you can hire a taxi in Piazza Navona if you need one. Overall, a pleasant stay. The restaurant directly in front of the building has very nice staff. Say, "hi" to Bruce for me.
