SPACE TO SETTLE IN
The bedroom has a king-size bed, while the living room has a double sofa bed with a topper. The home accommodates up to four guests. Ground-floor access without stairs makes arriving with luggage or a stroller easier.

The kitchen includes a stovetop, electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, Nespresso machine, milk frother, kettle, cookware and utensils. There is indoor dining for four and a table on the patio.

The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, makeup mirror, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. One large, one medium and one small towel are provided per guest. Hot water is supplied by an 80-litre electric water heater.

FAMILIES AND PETS
A crib and high chair are available; please share your requirements before arrival. Pet bowls and a pet bed are provided, with cat supplies available on request. Please review the listing’s pet policy when planning your stay.

PERSONALLY HOSTED
I’m Edoardo, and I personally look after this home. You will have the entire apartment to yourselves, prepared between stays, and can contact me through Vrbo messages. This is a private residence without a reception desk, so arrival is arranged before your stay.

Check-in is from 2:15 pm; check-out is by 11 am. Optional additional cleaning for longer stays is available on request for €35 after seven nights. Please care for the home and respect the peace of the building.
