Charm in the heart of Rome

This hotel is right next to the Spanish Steps so you can check that sight off your list on check-in. Comfortable large rooms in the historical annex building (around the corner from main building). Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast offered variety of beverages, pastries, hot dishes in room with a view.

The best things about this hotel are the excellent location and the friendly staff. Situated at the top of the Spanish steps this hotel is ideally located to explore Rome, with most of the main sights within 30-40 mins walk or easily accessible by tube. The staff are very friendly and willing to help whenever they could. The rooms are a little tired but ok for just sleeping if you’re planning on being out most of the day.

The hotel was very convenient, right at the top of the Spanish Steps. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Everyone spoke English which was a plus. Only thing that needs to be updated in the hotel posting is there is no elevator.

Wonderful location and staff. If you are overweight or a big person do not book an economy room the standing shower is impossible and being a VIP member at Expedia they are not able to fix or attend this issue.

Great hotel. Definitely stating there again. Near Spanish steps, Chanel, Dior, LV, etc. or room was in another building. Thru were very helpful with luggage and instructions.

This hotel was beautiful. We stayed in the annex and check in/out was a breeze. The room terrace looked out into the square and one night we were serenaded by a woman performing on the street. Breakfast has everything you need, no complaints. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Rome!

The hotel was fine and in a unique location at the top of the Spanish Steps. We were in the separate annex building which was good. It was just greatly over priced for the hotel.
