Staff was very friendly and helpful. Adam at the front desk was awesome. On site restaurant had good food and service. Included breakfast buffet was also good and included American breakfast options. Hotel is across from the train station, so bus and taxi access was also very convenient. Rooms were comfortable. Bed and pillows were great. Bathrooms were the only minor issue we saw. No fan in the bathroom and the way the shower is built with only a half wall we felt like we were getting water everywhere despite our attempts not to.

Good for a short stay. Room gets warm from the sun but the air conditioning helps. Short walkable distance to Roma Termini. One of the very few places to have a king size bed. The chair and sink are terrible. The chair is trying to be too artistic but takes up too much room. The sink is not practical, the tap is at the corner of the sink causing the water to splash everywhere meaning you can’t place things around the sink area as everything there would get wet. The room is customizable with various hues such as red, green and blue. It’s an unnecessary artistic gimmick which may be a few seconds of intrigue that’s unnecessary. With all that said, other than the weird chair that takes up too much room, the weird sink, it actually isn’t too bad. Breakfast is reasonably priced, and just downstairs making it incredibly convenient. Would recommend overall.

A very nice hotel with an unbeatable location. It is a 5-minute walk away from Termini’s east entrance with smooth surfaces all the way, which is extremely convenient for your luggage’s wheels (if you’ve been to other italian hotels, you know cobblestone streets can be awfully rough). Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, AC works well, elevators are fine and staff is friendly. Breakfast is available from 6:30-10:30 and loaded with options. They also do late check-in, especially if you call in advance! I arrived at 2 am because of a missed connecting flight and they had everything prepared for a hiccupless check-in. An excellent experience all around. 10/10 would recommend and book again!
