Our room was modern and clean. The double bed was very comfortable and softer than the previous Italian hotels we stayed at. AC worked well. Location was convenient as it was only a 5 munute walk from Termini. We booked our room through Expedia. I took 1 star off as there was a 19 euro service charge when we checked out that was not on our original expedia quote. (In addition to the city tax).
