Room was very clean, all amenities, bed was so comfortable. Housekeeping were amazing. Huge thank to them. Reception and restaurant staff are excellent and really helpful. Fantastic staff, really helpful. Hotel is only a few minutes walk from termini station which I found easy .rooms are great - mine was at the back of the hotel so nice and quiet. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is didn’t like being asked at checkout to leave a tip for all the staff to share.
