Great spot near the train station! We stopped for one night before catching the train to Venice the next day and it was perfect. The staff were amazing and so friendly and welcoming. The room was just what we needed for the night, a nice comfy bed, a great hot shower and nice clean room.

Great location for seeing all the main attractions in Rome. The room in the hotel was basic but clean and today, nice bathroom, good shower and big bath towels. The room had a fridge. The staff were friendly and very helpful. No kettle in the room but you are allowed to use the communal one in the breakfast area. Very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Extremely noisy hotel. The walls seem to be paper thin so you can hear the elevator, people walking up the stairs, your neighbors, and they were standing out in the hallway at all times of the night plus the traffic outside. There was also a very loud drip in my toilet that wasn’t fixed before I left. I wouldn’t suggest staying here if you want a decent nights sleep.

Everything was great here. The only thing that was a negative was that the walls are VERY thin. You can hear everyone and everything around you while you're in your room. Staff were great, the room was exactly what we needed, and the location was fantastic.

Although the staff were super nice and really nice the room was very run down and the bathroom wasn’t clean. We only stayed one night but to be honest pleased that it was only one night, however the staff were really nice and friendly.

The staff at reception were very friendly, and spoke fluent English. Type C (standard European) and L sockets are on both sides of the bed. But, in this room both were loose from the wall. It felt like a risk. There are shutters on the window, very helpful on hot sunny days. The toilet flusher was faulty. It worked, but it took a while to refill. Small bottles of body wash and small soaps are provided and replenished. The hotel did seem generally clean. Air conditioning cannot be set lower than 17 degrees Celsius (62F). City tax could only be paid in cash, the reception staff did allow us to pay this later in the day, so either bring cash with you or ask to pay later. Very walkable to the main train station, Republicca metro stop, and various points of interest (Trevi, Vittoriano). A Pam Local mini market is only a few minutes away, helpful for basic food and drinks. There is also a small drink vending machine in the hotel.

I did not like the fact that I was not informed ahead of time that there is construction going on inside the hotel. There was dust everywhere, hallways were dimly lit, and it needed a lot of cleaning. The surrounding areas were great in that everything was walkable and access to dining and shopping were plenty.

The property outlook likes a residential building. The sign of hotel name was hard to spot when we first arrived there. It locates inside a six story residential building, which is shared by other B&B services. Room units are average. Since no doorman is standing at the front door and the building is shared with different hospitality groups, a little bit concern of any outside strangers sneaking into the building. Location is convenient easy access to any transports, attractions, and shops.

Parts of this property were under renovation, there was a missing tile that I twisted my ankle on but it was fixed when we went back two weeks later, the elevator didn’t work on the day we were checking out and we had to go down the flights of stairs with our baggage . Other than that, you pretty much get what you pay for, not a terrible place to stay on a budget.
