The lobby has a rarity for our Europe experience, free water. The AC was very good. There was no elevator. Other than that it was a pretty standard, fine hotel. My biggest issue was that we set up a 6:45am airport shuttle through the hotel, but when we got to the lobby that morning we were informed that the driver didn’t confirm, so we didn’t have a shuttle. This was after getting an email that our shuttle was confirmed for that morning.

Great experience, the front very friendly and helpful. Close to the historic center . The rooms were very nice and spacious for a family with three kids . Will definitely stay here again
