The rooms were very clean. Staff was very helpful with relevant information when asked. Breakfast was good and the staff handling the breakfast were Courteous. Nice location- pleasant staff- however property was under renovation and contractors left a continuous mess of debris and dust. Rooms are dated and in need of attention, breakfast was consistent if you reminded staff to restock. Over all we were happy because we only stayed there to sleep as we took in sites.

Quick and easy check in and check out. Very nice staff interactions. Close to the Rome Terminal station which is accessed in less than 10 minutes. All major sites were walkable from this location 15-30 minutes. Room was good and clean. It is an older building so there was construction debris in some areas but did not affect us once in our room.

The room is clean. Breakfast is very delicious. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Especially Ms. Elisa is such a very nice lady. She went above and beyond to make sure we've everything we needed. The staff was top notch, they were very polite and also helpful with directions and calling taxis. Breakfast was the best we’ve had throughout years of travel to Europe! It’s great to be able to open the windows and shutters for the fresh air and to hear the sounds of the city. The building like most in Rome is very old and the stairs show that. It could be an issue for some but we found it to add to the character of the hotel!
