The location is excellent. The street is quiet but with just 5 minute walk to everything, subway, shopping, churches etc. and the big local market, where you can get fresh groceries and other things, is literally one block away is literally one block away. The staff responds promptly with one phone call or text. The only downside is that the elevator is not available but fortunately the inn is on second floor (or first floor, Italian count). It’s definitely a very good value for staying in Rome or Vatican.

Excellent place to stay

The host Daniele was very friendly and helpful. He suggested a place to eat and also arranged for a driver to get us to the airport at the end of our stay. The location was very close to coffee shop, restaurants and shopping. Also about a 10 minute walk to the Vatican.

Mappo's Do Vanetines in Rome

Fantastic location, hosts where brilliant and very helpful. The location closed to the Vatican less then a five minute walk, the Metro station is less than a 7 minute walk can be anywhere within 20 minutes Trivi Fountain was four stops. Once you have had a full day of site seeing the bars and restaurants close to the inn are brilliant, I highly recommend Michele and Daniele couldn't help with information even booked us a cab for a 4am pick-up.

We stayed one night in this charming little hotel just a stone's throw from the Vatican. The proprietor met us at the hotel (it doesn't have a reception as such) and took us to the first floor rooms. The hotel is small with only three rooms but perfect for us, with a shared kitchen area with complimentary Nespresso machine and cups, glasses, etc. Our room had a fridge and a comfortable bed. Breakfast the next day was coffee and pastries from a local cafe which the hotel gave us a token for. If you want a good value hotel which is clean and perfectly located for the Vatican, the Metro, buses and plenty of restaurants this lovely hotel should be high on your list.
