The apartment has been recently renovated, you'll notice the old wooden beams on the ceilings and the wooden floors. The owners have chosen to preserve some of the historic elements while incorporating modern necessities and comforts. As a result, you'll find that the small kitchen is equipped with all the basics for a quick meal, including a stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. Via della Frezza also has a washing machine (no drying capabilities).

In the main bedroom, the spacious wardrobe is large enough to accommodate your luggage and the bags from all your Italian shopping. The only bathroom has a larger shower than other apartments of similar size.

Via della Frezza is equipped with a Smart TV: feel free to log in to your favorite streaming services! A free Wifi connection is offered to all guests and there is an air conditioning system for those hot Roman nights.

Flooded with natural light, the flat also has a dedicated dining area that can double as a study. The front door has a smart lock with a secure code for peace of mind.

This charming space is perfect for those who appreciate both the bustle of the city and the serenity of a private retreat.

This accommodation is not suitable for travelers with mobility problems, as the building is not equipped with an elevator.

Standard check-in: from 3 pm to 9 pm (With self-service check-in, guests can enter after 9:00 PM without any additional charges).

Upon request, we are flexible with check-in and check-out times, depending on the apartment's availability and cleaning requirements.

Check-in is self-service. To receive the access details, guests must complete the online form with all the required mandatory information. If the Italian Government introduces regulations prohibiting self-service check-ins, we will provide in-person check-in from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A late fee of €50 will apply for check-ins after 9:00 PM.

An extra fee for check-in in person of € 35 will be charged for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, Easter Sunday and August 15th.

For self check-in is MANDATORY for the guest to fill out the online form I will send when booking the property, providing their ID information as required by Italian law. Additionally, the rental contracts are included within the form, and signing them is mandatory. The form must be completed within 48 hours of the guest's arrival in Rome. Filling out the form takes about 5 minutes.

In this apartment, the following are not allowed:

- making noise during quiet hours (from 10:30 pm to 9:00 am)

For children up to 3 years old, a travel cot is available upon request, at a cost of € 50 per stay.

The location is good. On the surface the property has the potential to be good to great. The reality is what you see isn’t what you get. For instance, the stove instructions were thorough, but the “lighter” available was empty. Thankfully we had matches The coffee cups in the cupboard apparently hadn’t been run through the dishwasher. There is no place to hang a towel in the bathroom or near the shower - other than a short hand towel bar directly beneath the sink. Speaking of the shower , the taller head didn’t work So if you’re taller than three feet you have to bend to use the lower unit or hold the hand held unit. Bottom line: location good. Property overall is a poorly conceived concept.

Excellent location! Everything was within walking distance (30-40 min at most) once we arrived from the airport. The cafe downstairs was a bonus. We picked up pastries as we left for excursions every morning. The unit has a nespresso machine so pick up some pods if you like to make your own. The ones they provided weren’t the best. The kitchen is tiny, but we only needed the coffee machine, fridge, and the sink. The washing machine is also in the kitchen. No dryer but there’s a drying rack in the bedroom. No dish washer. Bathroom was very large, and they provided enough soaps, towels, and toilet paper. Great water pressure in the shower. Living room had 2 single beds so my teens were comfortable. The main bedroom was large with lots of closet space. The AC worked very well! That was essential for the 100 degree weather Rome was experiencing.FYI, the unit is on the 4th floor with no elevator. Watch the YouTube clips they send you. They’re very helpful. Next time I come to Rome I’ll definitely book this place again!

We had a pleasant stay overall. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. The apartment was clean, the air conditioning worked very well, and the host was responsive throughout our stay.A few small improvements would make the apartment even better. It would be helpful to have additional hooks or hangers in the bathroom for towels, as well as some in the main bedroom for clothes. A mirror in the bedroom would also be a great addition for convenience.One issue we encountered was that city taxes were charged for our children. Children should be exempt from these taxes, but when we contacted the host for clarification, we did not receive any explanation or response regarding this matter.Overall, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the great location, cleanliness, and comfortable air conditioning, but addressing these small issues would further improve the guest experience.

Appartamento molto bello, curato, pulito e soprattutto in una zona assolutamente ideale per essere quasi totalmente equidistante da tutte le maggiori attrazioni turistiche. Anche i comfort previsti dall'host (ad esempio le cialde per la macchina espresso) non sono affatto banali né tanto meno dovuti. Unico appunto per l'host di provvedere ad una mensola o tavolino accanto al lavandino del bagno in modo da poter appoggiare le classiche cose da igiene personale. Super soddisfatto e sicuramente quando torneremo a Roma avremo già il nostro appartamento preferito. Grazie
