Delightful studio apartment located in a very quiet and private cul-de-sac, surrounded by jasmine vines, very fragrant in late spring, and a short distance from the Abbey of the Three Fountains, the site of the martyrdom of St. Paul, during which according to tradition, three springs of water gushed forth.
Montagnola Mini House is located in a vibrant area of the urban outskirts, well-stocked with every amenity, bars, clubs, and restaurants, conveniently served by public transport that quickly connects it with the historic center to explore every area of Rome. The apartment is well divided into a pleasant living area with a dining area and kitchenette, conveniently separated from the sleeping area, consisting of a study/work area and a large double bed. This is completed by a more private relaxation and reading area, and a comfortable bathroom with shower.
Our little apartment is conveniently located in an area close to the Appia Antica regional park, the queen of the ancient Romans, today a popular destination for lovers of Roman history and architecture, but also for nature lovers and outdoor cycling. It is only 5 metro stops away from the Colosseum and the historic center, easily reachable also by the many buses that serve the area, which in just a few minutes also allow you to reach the famous Eur district, the representative and financial heart of the city, with its conference centers, museums, parks, the famous Passeggiata del Giappone around the lake, and Euroma2. Within an hour, with the convenient urban railway, it is also possible to reach the coast of Ostia.
