The apartment is about 50sqm and is located on the 4th floor without an elevator (36 steps), consists in a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom , kitchen and balcony. Entering the apartment there is a hallway with the bedroom and bathroom on the left and living room on the right. The kitchen is located infront of the entrance to the apartment and is equipped with an air-conditioning system and is located in a quiet setting and is also receives a fair amount of natural light.

The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, corner for television and a dining table with four chairs. Paintings and furnishings complete the living room.

The bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables, a two-door closet, an armchair(single bed) and a desk with a chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, cutlery and crockery for six people and a table with two chairs. The kitchen leads to a small balcony equipped with a small table with 2 chairs. The washing machine is located on the balcony.

The bathroom has sanitary ware and a shower cabin. The bathroom window opens onto the apartment's balcony.
