Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
the room floor was dusty. and all utensils and cuttelery had to be cleaned but there was no dish cleaning soap container was empty. the sponge to clean was very worn out and would not clean. this was the only place in apartment that forced us to upload picture of passport and asked us for an extra amount $50 during checkin though expedia did not inform us about that. we had informed 4 people . but we were one blanket short.

Well located, everything we wanted to see was accessible by foot except Vatican City which was a bus ride away. Check in was easy-met by host. All very pleasant. Could have used a microwave though, but we more than survived. Overall 5*

Ideal Location, Comfortable Apartment, Great Host

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in the Monti neighborhood!The location couldn’t have been better—less than a 10-minute walk from both Roma Termini on one side and the Colosseum on the other. The metro station is just a 3-minute walk away, which made getting around the city super convenient. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning that was a lifesaver during the summer heat. The host was extremely kind and responsive—every message was answered quickly and helpfully. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient, well-kept spot in the heart of Rome!
