Amazing

Emanuele is so kind and attentive. We talked prior and my room was ready earlier than the usual due to my arrival time. What else can one ask? Location is unbeatable, next to Trevi, Spanish steps, shopping area, pantheon. Super convenient. Be aware as all Italian buildings there are few (<5) steps even when using the elevator. I have nothing negative to say about my stay. Thank you, Emanuele :)

Very loud you cant catch sleep, there was never a person at the reception only a lady at the entrance who spoke no English!! Also, i thought it was a wellness and spar hotel only to find out that they are just rooms with very stinking toilets at night. Anyways outside was superb with lots of nice restaurants and shopping stores

The room was super comfortable and the location was right in the center near the shopping area. The host was incredibly friendly. He greater us at the door and was super helpful and informative. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

The property is centrally located within walking distance to all the tourist locations, great shopping and amazing restaurants. Room was very clean and the AC worked well. The jacuzzi add on is worth it, especially to start your day. The host was very patient, helpful and most of all encouraging as we did not think we would get to see it all. We did get into the Vatican, waited 2.5 hours in line.

Overall I loved my stay at this hotel. The Hotel set up transportation to and from the airport which was very helpful. The building and room are very charming. The beds were soft and it was in a perfect location. The metro train was only about a five minute walk away. There were numerous restaurants very close as well as shopping. The only complaint I have is that we had the air conditioner set at a temperature and every day when they came in to clean they turned off the air conditioner and open the window so we came back to a very hot room every day. This was very frustrating.

We really enjoyed our stay at Town House Spagna. The location is perfect. Most of the main attractions are nearby and you can either walk or hop on an electric scooter to get to them. Our room was great and was cleaned everyday. We would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Rome.

Excellent location, 2 minute walk from the Spanish Steps. Surrounded by lovely cafes and restaurants. If you are B&B breakfast is served in the cafe right next door and was lovely, set you up for the day. Lovely comfortable modern room. Only small issue was the shower in a lovely big smart bathroom the shower cubicle is very, very small. However that wouldn't stop me going back there again. Thank you Town house Spagna

Staff was professional, the room was decent the actual mattress was a bit hard and uncomfortable. DownFall 20min walking period to property if you rent a car. The parking garage is 20 mins away and paying 22E daily.
