Booked on Expedia and it clearly mentions 24 shuttle service, Do Not Believe that. Find your own ride because I tried and it was a total failure on their part. Although they apologized, it still ruined the stay. Elevator, very slow. The good, mattress and very good and it is in close proximity to some very good restaurants as well as the Vatican.
