Check-in was smooth even though we arrived around 3 AM. The staff member at reception was very polite and welcoming. I’d also like to mention the security staff (I didn’t catch his name) who was extremely friendly—he kindly picked us up from reception and dropped us right at our room door 786,which was much appreciated. Arguably the best hotel/tents in the area. Really affordable. The huts are separated from each other so privacy is great. And the amenities are great. Just the free self parking is a deal breaker for what other hotels offer.

We stayed for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were excellent. We arrived around 1 AM, and although I don’t remember the name of the person who checked us in, he was very polite and welcoming. I would also like to specially thank the security staff member, Mohammad Sharif, who kindly escorted us from reception to our room. He was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay. If we visit Italy again, we would definitely choose to stay at this hotel.
