Hotel is not located in Campo Marzio Street which make it difficult to find. Hotel is located on top of a Wine Bar with live DJ until late in the night.

Really bad experience. The location was good. I ordered some flowers and wine at arrival, which was confirmed. Nothing was in the room at arrival. They tried to put the blame on my that I didn’t pay it in advance, but when I sent them the screenshot of the confirmation they sent, there was just utter silence. We also asked for a remote to the AC several times, but no one brought us anything. Very bad cleaning of the room.

The reason they got a poor review is I booked and paid for car service to airport with hotel and confirm the day before and they said it was booked. Next morning at 5:30am no car service. No one answered with hotel and I still have not gotten reimbursed my money for the car service.

Excelente limpeza do quarto e funcionários simpáticos.Quarto muito bom,somente o box do banheiro que era muito apertado e as instalações em baixo( térreo )eram precárias. Eu voltaria a me hospedar porque a localização era perfeita.

La camera si trovava in una struttura un po' "antica" ci si può spaventare una volta fuori o per entrare, però una volta arrivati alle camere è tutto nuovo e tenuto bene. L'unica pecca la colazione potrebbe essere meglio, un po' così, avevo preavvisato una settimana prima di dover mangiare senza glutine e lattosio, e non ho trovato niente in colazione. Il personale molto disponibile mi ha fatto trovare la camera pronta molto prima e mi ha fatto depositare i bagagli da loro prima di dover andare via.

Vi havde bestilt dette hotel fordi det fremgik af opslag på hotels.com,at der var 24/7 reception. Det var der så absolut ikke. Kunne dagen inden ankomst ikke komme i kontakt med hotellet, da det telefonnummer, der var opgivet meldte ingen abbonent. Vi ville fortælle, at vi var forsinket 1 dag. Kontaktede hotels.com som også havde svært ved at finde nummeret til hotellet. De måtte google på adresse for at skaffe et telefonnummer. Den person vi ringede til sagde at vi skulle downloade whats app. Jeg antog stadig, at vi ville ankomme til et hotel med reception og var meget frustreret over at komme til en låst dør og havde besvær med at kontakte værten. Efter 1times ventetid meget frusterede lykkedes det via den nævnte whats app at få en kode til diverse låse i alt 3 stk. Intet nummer på værelse. Måtte prøve samlige døre. Værten var meget arrogant og skrev, at han vidste hvad der var bedst for kunderne. Til at grine af. Næste dag fik vi morgenmad, hvor den ene youghurt var fyldt med surt inhold helt vandet. Den havde overskredet sidste salgsdag ligesom smøret var plettet med mug. Stuepigen beklagede

Klein aber fein! Das Zimmer eher klein, aber sehr sauber. Frühstück gibts direkt ans Bett, Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kommen gerne wieder! Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen.
