Wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff were not helpful at all when i faced an issue with Hotels.com agent booking a new reservation for me without my approval. I explained this would put me in severe financial difficulty but they did not care. Nor did hotels.com for that matter. I have opened a dispute with my bank on this matter. Hotel itself was average, with the A/C being turned off in my room leaving it hot and uncomfortable. I was left stranded in Italy with no means of paying for anyhting because of the actions of hotels.com and the lack of help from the hotel itself despite explaining the severity of the situation. Do not book this hotel.

The breakfast was terribly lacking in choice. The room was falling apart with holes in the wall covered by paper and rust around the bath. The rooms were very noisy once someone was upstairs. The hotel is in a very run down area with a lot of poverty. The transport in the area is awful as it take 1:30mins on public transport but 15mins in a Uber/Lyft/taxi that charges $38.
The neighbouring residents are clearly going through social issues with the government in this run down area.
The beach is full of rubbish

The front of the hotel was nice. Our room was in the back The view was just a bunch of run down dilapidated condos. There was no shuttle. Transportation to the hotel was very difficult.

Great hotel, in a way. Right on the beach. Helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet. Right by a marina. Close to some good restaurants. But the area just behind it is run down. Stay on the main road, marina, or beach in front of the hotel.

Deceptively advertised

Dated hotel in a run down neighborhood. Terrible quality for how much they charge. For the same money you can stay in a much better hotel in Rome. Beds were small and uncomfortable, AC didn’t work. Room/bathroom were not clean. 2 star hotel at best while it’s advertised as a 4 star. Really was far from pictures.

Nice beach and sea view.

Hotel is near beach, modern and clean. From balcony, we had nice view to sea. Hotel staffs were helpful. Also, hotel rented us beach towel, ⛱️ and bed. It made our stay easy and nice.
