A BATHROOM equipped with a shower stall, bidet, hair dryer, and washing machine. A KITCHEN equipped with a dishwasher, conventional oven and microwave, kettle, refrigerator, and dishes. There’s also a Nespresso coffee machine to ensure a pleasant wake-up.
The LIVING ROOM area, featuring a Samsung flat-screen HD TV, has a comfortable sofa with a chaise longue and a Philips stereo.
It has been completely renovated and designed down to the smallest detail to welcome guests from all over the world and offer a high-quality stay. For this reason, it also features air conditioning in all rooms, central heating, and free Wi-Fi—ideal for those working remotely—and you can take advantage of FREE PARKING.

Please RESPECT your NEIGHBORS and keep NOISE to a MINIMUM, especially at night (10 PM–8 AM), upon arrival, and upon departure.
