There was no thermostat in the room and virtually no heat. No hot water. The room is in desperate need of upgrades. Wall paper is coming off the wall. The carpets are stained. The lighting is poor. The front service girl who checked me in was very polite but the manager was non existent. The phone does not connect to front desk and there was no one around to discuss any of the issues with the stay. No security. No staff over night. It did not feel safe or comfortable.

No one at front desk on arrival. Room wasn’t ready when promised - they had to vacuum. One of the key cards didn't work. Room was very run down and old. Other family got the room for half our price.

Unfortunately there was a half eaten coffee crisp chocolate bar under our end table. The guy at the desk offered to clean it up but no other compensation was offered. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Our bathroom had black mold or stains on the ceilings. Morning coffee was cold at 8am. The lobby however was very welcoming with a nicely decorated Christmas tree and decor. We will not stay here again.
