"We did not feel safe staying here due to the 3 men hovering around our door as well as they were all smoking when we reserved non smoking and one of them looked to be living out of the room next to us as the room itself was not clean upon arrival and when we approached the front desk clerk he proceeded to yell about everything and refuse help as well as kept trying to get us to go back to the room instead of trying to assist and accommodate our concerns."

My only complaint is that the pillows were too small and too soft. All in all very pleased with everything. "Not good at all! Customer service was very poor. No greeting or welcoming when checking-in, no direction to elevator after checking-in just here’s your key. Called front desk ti inquire about missing s amenities and was told my room number would be written down and they would see that they could do but that had a “issue”, never received amenities. Bed… was horrible tossed and turned all night and felt like something was crawling all over me (my daughter had same issue) Bathroom had peeling wallpaper above the door. Room had interior peeling around light fixtures. Would not recommend staying."
