I've always had a good experience here until this time. I've been here since Monday it's now thursday. I have specifically asked for my room to be cleaned every single day. No one has walked in here since day one.

Filthy carpets. Walls that looked as though they’d never been wiped down. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke (non smoking room) and BO. There were holes in the bathroom wall. We left 5 minutes later.

An interior remodel is needed as the photos during the booking don’t correspond to the actual condition of the room! Wi-Fi faded in and out. Breakfast first morning was almost non-existing. There was no butter and not even plates available and nobody was there.
