The staff was very nice and rooms are clean. Area of town is all boarded up. There is no where to take your dog to the bathroom. Cigarettes butts every where!

Staff has been good. The rooms are excellent. It is obvious that Wyndham just purchased this property. The outside could deserve attention as it lends itself to a lower end Motel and is below their standards.

Very bad experience at the Baymont by Wyndham in Rock Springs, NE. Paid way too much for an unfinished bathroom remodel, no ice in the ice machine, dry cereal and yogurt for breakfast and made a reservation for a king bed but room was dirty so ended up in a room with two queens! I was looking for a pet-friendly hotel and will continue to look……

there was ceral and make your waffel for breakfast a little disapointed they used the Baymont name for a refurbished older building. Our handycap room had a great bathroo, but was very small. not place to hang anything. had to plug in frig adn could not get TV to work. We managed but is not on our list to stay there again.

Absolutely do not stay at this disgusting place

Absolutely horrible they had construction going from seven in the morning until nine at night. I told them I did not want Service all week. They went into my room when I was gone and left my door open twice. I would not recommend this place to anybody. also there was bugs on the walls and on the floor

Do not stay here!

We were very tired when we checked in the hotel itself. Looks abandoned on the outside and in an undesirable neighborhood the room was clean. The bed was comfortable until you start to use the bathroom and the fixtures were not attached to the sink. They advertise a continental breakfast which is nothing more than cereal and dispensers, coffee and toast
