The customer service was absolutely wonderful! We stayed 2 nights as I had two medical treatments that left me completely exhausted! The management had us assigned to a second floor room. The bed for an individual is fine, but if you have a partner, hope neither of you move more than an inch at night. The staff were very nice, and the bed was comfortable. However, the shower curtain was mostly ripped off and the shower leaked at the pan so badly it flooded the bathroom. You could see daylight around the outer door. Breakfast was some sort of homemade looking breakfast burrito and room temperature Sunny D. Not a bad place for a one nighter when travelling, but not the best either.
