The Upper Rooms property is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom located in the 2nd floor unit of a duplex. The duplex is owned by Christ United Methodist Church and offers free off-street parking within the church lot. It is within 3-4 blocks of the Mayo Clinic in downtown Rochester, MN.

One bedroom features a queen size pillow top bed, one bedroom also offers a full size and a twin size bed. Free wireless internet and a Fire TV are included. The unit is fully furnished and features a full size kitchen, dining room, living room, and onsite coin laundry. All appliances, cookware, utensils, bedding and linens are provided. Bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

Loved that we had our own parking spot. We were able to walk to most places downtown in about 15 minutes. Was nice and clean, beds were comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out.
