I was there as a patient of the Mayo Clinic. They said they made accommodations for their Mayo clients. They only cleaned my room if I begged them, there was a fridge and no microwave, a view of the parking garage. I got Covid while I was there, I could not go out and get food. On the last day I paid for a late check out and my shuttle was coming at 4. I did my best to get out by 3 but I was so sick. They kept calling my room. They offered no help and charged me THREE times for my room! I am furious!

We just stayed at the hotel Indigo for 4 nights for our son’ graduation. The location has been perfect however the rest of our experience was marginal. Our room was clean on arrival however, our room was only cleaned 1 time over the last 3 days. This is very disappointing. When my husband called and complained she just said sorry no offer of fresh towels or asking if we needed anything replaced just sorry no housekeeping staff is here. This is not a cheap hotel and I would expect better service. So twice we had damp towels, full trash cans no kleenex, and no coffee. We did not complain the first time figuring it was just a mistake and it wouldn’t happen again. The second day it was cleaned but the third day it was again skipped. The lighting was also very poor in the room making it hard to do things at night. Another issue was the bathroom was very cold even with the heat on in the room. So my suggestion is pick one of the many other hotels close to Mayo.

There was only one chair in the room to sit in. When you have two people that does not work. The staff at the front desk did not seem interested in me as a customer. No hello and when I asked a question I got a quick non understandable answer.
