Coastal meets Farmhouse in a cozy single-family home. 8 Min to Mayo Clinic & 7 Min to St. Mary's Hospital via HWY 52. It is a 1hr &10min drive to the Mall of America. Equipped with various kitchen appliances and utensils. Safe neighborhood that is a short drive to parks, groceries, Walmart, Target, etc. We have Smart TVs & veggie garden. Our lower-level bathroom has a Jacuzzi (not a hot tub). Our children grew up in it. We love it and hope you will too. Relax, sit on the deck, and be comfy. Enjoy a cozy fire in our partially fenced-in yard. Priced to accommodate that the home is on a main road 1/2 block from Hwy 52 exit. If you are a light sleeper this may not work. Most guests say they aren't bothered or hear noise. We're a phone call away if you have any needs and endeavor to have you enjoy your stay with us.

Great Location!

This property was located right off Hwy 52, but we couldn't hear the highway traffic. Very simple to get differnt places all over Rochester!

Rochester Tournament Visit

Our family and friends came for a hockey tournament. We enjoyed our stay and the set up of the VRBO. The decor was charming and comfortable. Communication with the host was exceptional. We were able to make breakfast each morning and snacks at night. The road in front of the house is busy but was not noticeable in the house. Our infant was able to sleep through the night. Again, the host was very appreciated as they checked in throughout the weekend and communicated to make the stay as personable as possible.
