You can comfortably control the temperature to suit your needs. The environment is tranquil and soothing, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The Mayo Clinic for surgery and inpatient care is thoughtfully located away from the road for added tranquility. If you wish to visit the main hospital, convenient shuttles run throughout the day. The staff at the concierge desk is consistently exceptional, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel—it truly feels welcoming and caring.
The fourth floor features a stunning lobby, and I feel at ease.
This is a beautiful floor, so I have always selected the Berkman Hotel to relax.

We visited our daughter who lives in the same building and found it the ideal place to stay. Nice running trail nearby and easy uber to coffee shops and restaurants. Will return for sure.

A/C issues Room did not stay cool. Had problems sleeping at night. Bathtub: It was difficult getting in and out due to the height of the tub. I do not have any medical issues that prevent mobility. Upon getting out, I fell. Mattress: It felt like I was sleeping on a box spring mattress. Upon arrival: I arrived earlier than expected. As a result, I waited in the lobby for 4 hours. There was poor communication from the front desk when room would be ready. I was told just to wait in the lobby. Not sure what VIP means, but was lacking overall experience.
