You will find an American refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, a bar with stools and a large dining table, perfect for your meals in a convivial atmosphere and a high ceiling thanks to the void on the living room which brings even more light and elegance to the whole.

A designer staircase leads upstairs, where you will discover two superb master suites, each with a double bed and a private bathroom and separate toilet.

A third bedroom, equipped with two single beds, completes the sleeping area – ideal for children or friends.

On the first floor, a practical laundry room is at your disposal, with a washing machine.

Outside, you will enjoy a private garden of 800 m², perfect for relaxing, reading or sharing a quiet meal with a plancha and garden furniture. Free and secure parking is available directly on site.
