La Perle Rose est le point de départ idéal pour explorer les merveilles de la région et vivre une expérience inoubliable.

La maison est située dans un quartier très en demande. Comme voisin, nous avons une des plus belles marinas du Québec avec un parc pour les enfant, une crémerie et un restaurant très respectable.
La plupart des services sont accessibles à la marche ou à maximum 3-4 min de voitures.
Notez qu`il y a un logement 3 1/2 à l`étage de l`immeuble. L`accès aux terrains est réservé exclusivement aux clients de la Perle Rose, et il n`y a aucune pièce ou stationnement partagé. Chaque unité est entièrement séparée, offrant ainsi une totale indépendance et intimité. Pour les grand groupe, il est possible de louer également le 3 ½ sur demande et disponibilité, ce qui permet de loger confortablement jusqu`à 14 personnes.
