Welcome to Site 1 at The Cove at Dick Branch, a spacious, full-hookup RV site with everything you need for a comfortable and scenic mountain stay.

➖ A large, private deck perfect for outdoor lounging, dining, or simply soaking in the peaceful valley views

➖ Level, loose gravel surface that’s easy to park on and maneuver around



Site 1 is ideal for under 30 feet:

➖ Toy haulers

➖ Pop-up campers

➖ Class A, B, and C RVs

➖ Campervans and vehicles



This site is a great companion to Site 2, making it perfect for friends or families traveling together who want separate spaces but still be close by.



Pet-friendly, smoking allowed (just clean up after yourself), and designed for peaceful enjoyment—we ask all campers to be respectful of others.



Please Note:

➖ Vehicles/campers over 30 feet are not permitted.

➖ All waste must be disposed of properly.

➖ Quiet hours and campground guidelines apply.

Please note: The owner’s private home is located on the property but is not open or available for guest use. We ask that you respect this private area and stay within the designated campground and trail spaces during your visit.

✦ Getting There – Road & Access Info ✦

The Cove is a mountainside campground with a steep, gravel access road. For safety:

➖ 4WD is recommended

➖ Good trailer brakes are essential for large trailers

➖ 4WD is needed if towing a large trailer

➖ 2WD is fine for smaller vehicles not towing

Please plan accordingly to ensure a smooth arrival and departure.
