I was disappointed! Even though there was a "kitchen" there were no kitchen utensils of any kind. There was no coffee pot and only 2 plastic cups. There was only one premium channel on the TV.

Only reason i booked here was main stay was completely booked. Front desk is only open til like 5 for check in, you have to ring a bell to get service. Im assuming its a safety issue due to clientele. Rooms are clean but literally have no toiletries and you have to pay extra if you want any items for the kitchen.if you book, make sure you bring your own toiletries and expect to pay for kitchen ware. Honestly i think they can charge a higher deposit and not return it if things are missing.

I booked and paid for my room months in advance for Halloween weekend. Even though I arrived an hour after check-in, I waited over two hours for a room while multiple guests also waited. I understand they were understaffed and simply wanted to give their guests a clean room, but what was unacceptable was the handling of the situation afterwards. The front desk agent assured me, twice, that I would receive a discount for the delay, and I even saw her document it for her manager. However, when I followed up days later, the assistant manager rudely denied any form of refund or discount. It is extremely unprofessional to guarantee a refund like this in person and later not only back out on it but do so in an ill-mannered way. I understand that the front desk may not have the authority to give me a discount, but they should not guarantee something they cannot deliver. This entire situation could have been resolved or even avoided if they were better prepared for a weekend they knew was fully booked. Most unprofessional place I have ever stayed at.

NO WIFI and NO SLEEP. All day and night loud noises. Guest are all African Americans and they are super loud. My family and I could never get WIFI internet and we even talk with hotel’s tech department for hours and they never could get us internet in the hotel. IT WAS THE WORST HOTEL OF MY LIFE. We talk to the manager every day about noise complaint and no WIFI Internet. I felt like we stay in a hotel in the 80s. How the F you don’t have WIFI. That’s the most basic necessity on this planet. It’s like not providing water for showering. They said they have wifi but it does not work and never works! I’m a Software Engineer and I know how to connect to WIFI but IT NEVER WORKED IN THIS HOTEL. YALL RUINED MY 8 days in Cali.

The room was a good size for me and my belongings. I brought a lot of my personal kitchen equipment so that I could keep eating healthy. The front desk people were accommodating when I needed to extend my stay, and when I left my key in the room and needed to regain access.

The hotel inside was very clean and appeared to be well maintained. The room was very clean, well appointed and had a full kitchenette. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly but the desk is not manned after 8pm. There is a fee if you lose your room key and require assistance after the desk is closed. The parking lot and surrounding areas were heavily trafficked with many occupied cars and people hanging around and there is a large number of homeless people in the area. Parking permits are giving for vehicles and parking is free but there is no security patrolling the property.
