The staff who was in charge of the "The Social" was very kind and considerate. I arrived and check-in at the hotel at 6:50pm due to heavy traffic. She extended the social hour for another 15 minutes for me. I deeply appreciate it.

Beautiful property within walking distance of a busy shopping plaza. There’s a barbecue grill outside for community use. Breakfast was standard continental. Rooms come stocked with some a fridge, kitchen utensils, pot, pan, plates and cups. Would prefer a smart TV, more than one spoon, and clean pool area with towels stocked.

Horrible experience

I have stayed with staybridge many times i was looking forwards to this stay and was extremely let down.the power went out in the hotel the night of our stay we had to walk down four flights of stairs to the front desk to see what was going on just for the lady at the front desk to brush us off and be rood at least she gave us a flashlight. We sat in the dark till power in the area came back on..at least we had breakfast to look forward to. Breakfast was horrible. Sausage was raw, there was random salad toppings in unsure what that was even for. And the gravy spoon was stuck to a wripped napkin..no thank you! I Would not stay here again it ruined our trip

This place was great! Very clean and comfortable king suite room with full fridge, mini stove, utensils, dishes, coffee maker, toaster. Had a work desk and a pull out sofa. Restroom had nice bottled soaps and shampoo. Pool and spa were nice. People enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. Walking distance to shops and restaurants of dos Lagos.

The staff at staybridge friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and well designed and very comfortable to be in. The breakfast was amazing. It was probably the best free Continental hotel breakfast that my wife and I've ever had. We were visiting family in the area. Would not hesitate to stay back at staybridge next time we come back to visit them. It was a giant plus to have the walking area nearby with that little village and stores up and the two lakes to walk around. The only thing that maybe is fixed already cuz it's now been over a week since we've been home. Is the elevators when they are settling into the floor that they're going up or down to? It's like there's a shimmy and a vibration of the whole elevator cabin and it's very unsettling.
