The front desk staff were both very nice and friendly The room itself was not very clean lots of dark mold around shower floors were dirty and sticky the entire room felt dirty and was we were not comfortable with the lack of cleanliness.

We did not get our rooms clean for 2 days. Spoke with the lady at the front desk about it and she said the housekeeping ladies walk the halls between 8:30am-9am to check if they’re privacy tags hanging on the door and if so, they will not clean your room. She showed me a chart of rooms that did or didn’t have the privacy tag hanging on the door. I took the privacy tag off the door at 10:30am and did not get back till 10pm both days the room was not cleaned. Per laziness. Not staying at that location again when the next time visiting family.

Rooms were clean, downstairs room by the ice machine and laundry room was a bit noisy but I guess that's what happens when you're next to these rooms. Front desk could've been a little more welcoming. Breakfast was a bit too crowded to serve yourself. Nothing major just a typical room stay. I would book again.
