My entire family stayed here this past weekend as we attended a funeral for my uncle. The hotel was wonderful. The staff were very kind. The room is nice. It’s easy to get to. My only complaint is that the air conditioner did not seem sufficient to cool the suites.

We had a good stay at Hampton Inn & Suites. Our room was large and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and we enjoyed a nice sleep and hot breakfast in the morning.

The staff was not good at their job, i was told my payment declined at the hotel even though i had already paid online. Outside of that I asked to extend my stay by a day, the staff member told me okay charged me for both days and then the morning after i was told there was no extensions on my room and i had to check out. They were extremely lost and unprofessional. Tried to speak to the manager but he refused to say when he was coming in. Glad i got a refund but unhappy with everything else

We had an easy and fast check-in. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. I like the modern look and how functional the layout of the room. It’s very spacious. This is our second time staying here. We even recommended it to our friends and family. We stayed here because of how close to it from Glen Ivy and the options for dinning and shopping afterwards. We highly recommend Hampton Inn and suites!
