Very comfortable and quiet rooms. Friendly staff. I loved the breakfast availability to take on a container if you have an very early departure. I got there at night and left when it was still dark. I missed on enjoying the outdoors areas. I will strongly recommend this place.

Breakfast and food service in general is excellent. The property also has a ton of amenities. It was raining the majority of the time I was there, so I couldn't enjoy the services as much as I had hoped. Shower temperature was unreliable, unfortunately and the bathrooms are small, but otherwise it's a great property for travelers.

There was no hot water to shower with, they mentioned the pool is heated however wasn’t. For an upscale hotel and 300$ a night, it wasn’t the greatest experience. The staff are professional and attempted to resolve it but still didn’t. The shower entrance in room is glass also unsafe. Additionally the experience for what I paid was not worth it. The cold water made it an unpleasant stay.

Restaurant food was subpar for being way above Colombian prices. You could tell it was frozen. Would not recommend the restaurant! However, the continental breakfast had a variety of choices, even though the food was still subpar.

Room was nice, no coffee/tea in rooms, which was the first time in any hotel I have been in not to offer that. You had to go down to the continental breakfast to grab a coffee and walk back up to your room? The continental breakfast was good, but no meat options, but lots of other good choices. Staff where friendly and could speak English. They were very helpful booking the shuttle to the airport, but there was a fee for the shuttle. Overall a good experience.
