Located in Riocaud, just 9 km from the Château de Duras and 40 km from Saint Émilion, the cottage offers calm and views of the surrounding vineyards.

This cottage, adjoining the main house of the owners, has 2 bedrooms, the first with two single beds and the second, double bed, a bathroom with washing machine, shower and sink. Kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave and fridge adjoining a small living room equipped with a TV. Swimming pool from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. which will be restarted next year with a new liner.


The owners are at your disposal 7 days a week.

Possible activities such as canoeing/kayaking, hiking near the accommodation.
The cottage is located 33 km from the town of Bergerac and 13 km from the bastide town of Sainte Foy la Grande.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Logement très bien équipé, et vraiment très bien décoré, on se sent tout de suite chez soi.( deux chambres, un lit double et deux lits simples, des jeux pour les enfants, une piscine hors sol, …).Les propriétaires sont vraiment accueillant et il est très facile de communiquer avec eux.Le logement est idéalement situé, entre Gironde/Dordogne/Lot-et-Garonne.Je recommande fortement cette location.
