Não vale a economia. É um condomínio residencial com frequência esquisita, quartos barulhentos, roupa de cama ruim, pouco confortável e limpeza razoável. Os quartos virados pra dentro do condomínio não têm privacidade. Melhor pagar um pouco mais e se hospedar na Ilha pura.
